As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive, user-friendly, and high-performing web applications and websites. In this role, you will work closely with Innovation & Intelligence team to translate business requirements into functional digital solutions, optimize website performance, and ensure an excellent user experience across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain websites and web applications.
  • Build responsive and mobile-friendly user interfaces using modern web technologies.
  • Collaborate with the Brands & Creative design team and other teams to implement website features and functionality.
  • Optimize website performance, speed, and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website and application issues.
  • Ensure websites are secure, accessible, and compatible across different browsers and devices.
  • Maintain and update existing web applications and content management systems.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in web development with a strong portfolio of completed projects. 
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks. 
  • Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar frameworks. 
  • Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. 
  • Understanding of responsive design, web security principles, and performance optimization techniques. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
