Assist in researching market trends, conducting surveys, and gathering data from clients. Also, solve business problems using statistical techniques and advanced programming languages.
Support data analysis and interpretation to contribute to business decisions.
Assist in maintaining and updating research databases and records.
Support documentation and processes of research activities.
Ensure accuracy of data collected and reported.
Assist in developing reports and insights summaries.
Collaborate with the marketing team & Brands and creative design team and other client services teams on projects.
Participate in team meetings with members and occasionally with clients.
Contribute to identifying patterns and insights from data under supervision.
Carry out other assigned tasks as needed

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics or Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent education and related training.
0-2 years of experience in research, data analysis or related role (NYSC experience can count).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of Power BI, Python, R, or Tableau is an added advantage).
Understanding basic research methods and data analysis techniques.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Professional competency in the management and execution of complex projects, consulting internal clients, and management of multiple resources.
