Rencredit

More widely known as “RenCredit” in Nigeria, Rencredit is a Russian commercial bank ranked as one of the top 100 in Russia that focuses on providing simple money solutions. RenCredit offers more affordable fast, simple and convenient access to funds by means of services such as cash loans without the hassle of guarantors and collateral.

Headquartered in Moscow, RenCredit was looking for a way to break into the Nigerian market. This included stripping the brand bare and building it up again to suit the new market.

For this aside commissioning research we also conducted our own market research which comprised of activities including focus groups, distributing questionnaires, telephone surveys amongst other research methods. Our findings from the research for example the type of services to introduce into the market, a new logo design down to the colours, location and most importantly the target market for the services they were providing formed the basis of our marketing and brand strategy.
