Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports that accurately reflect the company’s financial position, including balance sheet, income, and cash flow statements
Develop financial accounting framework
Design budgets and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
Assist with audits, tax filings, and other financial compliance requirements.
Monitor and analyze financial performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide support and guidance to other departments on financial matters.
Participate in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
Conduct internal audits to assess financial controls and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and file various financial reports and disclosures as required.
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, regulations, and best practices
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a financial accountant with at least 2 years of that in a senior role.
Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
Proficiency with Quicbooks online accounting and other accounting software.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies.
High level of emotional intelligence.
Ambitious self-starter.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Socially conscious and interested in contributing to the development of the country.
