As Client Services Executive, you will be responsible for the preservation and expansion of our clientele. You will work with the team to ensure all services are delivered on time, on budget and in accordance with the company and clients’ standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the entire client lifecycle and oversee new client onboarding process
  • Coordinate teams to meet project milestones
  • Communicate with clients and gather all information required for projects
  • Maintain a client database and update information regularly
  • Create business development proposals
  • Present products and services to prospective clients
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define prospective clients
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction
  • Organise and perform promotional activities, events and product exhibitions
  • Travel to meet clients and attend conferences, workshops, trade shows, industry events, and seminars
  • Monitor competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in business development strategy, products, or services.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive or Client Services Executive in a Consulting firm
  • Commercial awareness
  • Knowledge of Market Research, Sales and Negotiation
  • Outstanding knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects
  • Strong communicator with excellent presentation, design, delivery, and public speaking skills
  • Ability to work with a diverse team
  • Relating and networking skills
